Well as far as I know it is what Dennis told me.
I don't think there is any chance it could have been 1994.
I started getting ID's from Dennis sometime mid 1990's and he hadn't been selling in NV for quite some time.

NV gaming was investigating the funny dice he was making.
He stopped selling before they could shut him down.
