Is anyone familiar with the Foxy Dog, downtown Las Vegas?

The Gaming Table has this listing:

Checked Fuller's Index...it's not there. Checked the 1966 phone book and it's listed. In the yellow pages, it's under the "restaurants" category...not listed under casinos, clubs, cocktail lounges, taverns. No display ad, and no mention of gambling (or anything else, expect the name, address and phone number).

Does anyone have a matchbook, postcard, or anything from the place??
