The Gaming Control Board has become a lot more restrictive in their chip approval process. They are basically denying all chips, unless they are a replacement of the existing house chip or unless it relates to a specific event on your property (and even then only maybe). Very few LE's will be approved any longer. A prime example of this policy enforcement, is the release of no Halloween chips by any property this year.
