I have listed the items below on Ebay.
The plaque is the only one of these I have ever seen and the only one I have. As a rule I don't collect plaques or jetons any more and so this one is up for sale now.
Second scan shows those items where the reverse is different (and both sides of the plaque even though it is the same both sides!)
