This appears to be a rectangle mold poker chip made by a Toledo gun store advertising their business. The logo is that of Colt's Patent Firearms Manufacturing Company which became Colt's Manufacturing Company after a merger in 1955. The last mention of Toledo Gun Co. that I can find is 1959. I suspect this is a 50's or 60's chip. The marking on both sides appears to be silk screen and not a hot stamp.

The Colt company dates back to the 1800's and was started by Sam Colt. Their guns are still manufactured and sold.
