I have mailed a a couple hundred this way and for 1 or 2 chips, the weight is ok, for 3 chips, there is an additional .20c charged for the weight. The envelope also will pass through the measures slot so it is not an over sized package.

Each post office and EVERY postal worker have different views on what to charge.
