In the several different pictures posted of the chips, you can see what looks like a capital "I" in a box at the right of the word "DOWNTOWN". I believe that that is the logo that Icon uses. If not Icon, then I will be interested to know who the manufacturer is and I'm certain someone will be more than happy to let me know for certain.

But for now, I'm going with Icon.
