I saw this small, boxed set of plastic, inter-locking chips, in red, white and blue, for the Santa Fe Railway Lines. I do not know how old these are, but I suspect they are pre-Archie in using the expression, "When the Chips are Down".

I did not buy these, as they are over priced (IMO) for 25 chips per box.
