Yeah, I've always been a little fussy when it comes to the condition of the chips I collect.
And the main reason I do these "Chips of the Day" posts is because when I first took collecting chips seriously, it was a huge challenge for me to understand where all the old Tahoe casinos use to be. So many went by the wayside before I was even born, so I've spent a lot of time trying to learn where and when these cardrooms and casinos operated. And if I can help other chippers, especially the newer ones to our hobby, understand the history and whereabouts of some of these places I'm hoping it will help them appreciate the hobby even that much more. And maybe answer some of the question I know I had in trying to figure out where and when some of these places existed.
BTW ... Nice seeing you again at Steve's on Sunday.
