It's Name? Barbary Coast - Bill's Gambling Hall - ? (Drai's Place)

Evidently, when Michael Gaughan built the Barabary Coast, he did so with excessive attention to potential Earthquakes. Also, he had envisioned adding more stories at a latter date, if needed. In any event, the structural worthiness of the building is what allows it to be gutted, remodeled and a swimming pool added atop!
