Downtown Grand is the new hotel-casino replacing the long-closed Lady Luck in Downtown Las Vegas, near the Mob Museum.
In checking their website, it appears they are accepting hotel reservation bookings beginning November 8th.

Any LV locals heard about a grand opening around that time?
Or possibly a "soft" opening first?
