When money comes from your account (Bank, Credit Union, etc) electronically, there are no fees to either the seller or buyer. PayPal only accommodates the electronic transfer for you. Why would you pay fees to use your own money that is not on account with PayPal. Remember, I said if you have a balance in the account, PayPal will get some fees. DO NOT HAVE A BALANCE IN THE ACCOUNT...Transfer the amount from your Bank or Credit Account. Ready PayPal's policies and you will better understand.
