These were in use in the early 90's.
They are distinguishable from siliar generic designs by the fact:
1. The stars are blue
2. The centers are white (not the same color as the outer rim)
3. They are NOT printed right to the edge
I only have these 2 odd chips. Only 1 full set is known.
