I have had these plastic chips for some time and was told they are from Hawaii. I found a match cover and also an ad for the Princess Kaiulani Hotel . There are some artist nuances but it's the same shield. I'm now 99.9% sure where they came from........Make that 100%. Must have been a souvenir chip from a gift shop chip or chips from a family type card room. I can't see serious card players using plastic chips, though it might not look like gambling with the cheap looking plastic chips.
