I used to buy lottery tickets whenever the Powerball® -or- Mega Millions® jackpot was equal to or exceeded $100 million dollars.

Going forward, the threshold will be:

Mega Millions = $100 million +
Powerball = $150 million +

When both lotteries are over $100 million at the same time, it was costing Andy & I $24 each per week.

I may buy a $1 ticket for the Powerball jackpots between $100 and $149 million dollars for the group.
