Any seller (ebay or otherwise) who charges $30 bucks for 9 chips is NUTS, or just plain greedy. The most anyone should pay for shipping chips within the U.S. is just under six bucks ... via flat rate USPS Priority mail ... and that includes tracking and up to $50 insurance ... and USPS provides the mailers for free to boot! Of course, valuable chips over $50 would have to be insured at a slightly higher rate if desired.
