I don't think the first chip is TR king small crown. They both Greek key mold but the first one I believe is made by ASM. My thought is they were ordered without inclay. Then once the buyer received those blank inlay chips with the same edgespot design? He painted the inlay onto the chips that's why those 'inlay' are so easy to scratch off.
