Ahh... They sold me an eff'd up system but for a few dollars...

I heard there were problems with Windows 7 too. I went from XP to 8 and nothing is the same. Windows 8 seems more suited for a smart phone or iPad.

The problem I'm having now is with Office. Every time I bought a computer in the past it came with a trial of the full version Office and when the trail ran out the basics in Office still worked.

With this new machine when the trial ended Office totally shut down and now I can't open any of my old documents. If I want Office I now have to subscribe for $99 per year.

It's just one thing after another with this machine! Is there a way around this Office problem without subscribing to something?
