I have sent out email notices to those of you that have reserved dates for the 2014 Casino Collectibles Calendar project, but have not provided either scans or payment. For those that have paid, I need your chip scan(s) (300 DPI or better) by October 5th. For those that have not paid, I need your payment also by October 5th. Just to be certain...
For those of you who might be interested in participating in this great project, here are the details:
The 2014 Collectibles Calendar campaign is coming to a close soon!! The club wishes to thank those of you that have participated in the past and are already on-board as a part of the 2014 Casino Collectibles Calendar project. For those of you that have participated in this great activity in the past & haven’t yet signed on for the 2014 versions, we hope that we can count on you again soon to help make this year’s fund raiser both fun & a club success. For those newer members that don’t know what this calendar is about, here’s how it goes:
You contact me to reserve a date (or two…) on the calendar. Each calendar date is for $10. I’ll check to see if it’s available and if it is, I will reserve it (them) for you. You would then send me a scan of your favorite chip or any GAMING chip(s) that you’d like to have featured on that (those) date(s). The cost to purchase a calendar is $18 each (which includes shipping) and features some great gaming history insights & artifacts courtesy of our wonderful club members.
Payment can be made either through PayPal to the club’s PayPal account ( sales@ccgtcc.com ) or you can mail payment (payable to the CC & GTCC) to me at:

Please notify me at Membership@ccgtcc.com if you’d like to “buy a date”. As we have done in the past, dates reserved by members on previous calendars had first choice, but that time has passed & more dates are now available that were previously reserved, allowing other members to participate.
For those that do join in on the fun, we need your scans and payment by the 5th of October so that the calendars can be mailed out early to mid-November…and you can have them for the holiday season .
This is a GREAT way to share your love of gaming history & memorabilia and expose others to your hobby. There’s info about the calendar in the current Casino Collectibles magazine (that should be hitting your mailbox soon if you haven’t received it already).
