Harvey's acquired the Harrah's Club property I'm pretty sure at the end of the 1950s, and opened their new Resort Hotel & Casino in 1963.
Harrah's Club first opened in 1955 and all the photos I've seen of the Harrah's Club none had anything that resembles what you are looking for.
