with an oval around the "F", and a red arm in the "F", I would say that it is from the same series. That series is identified as the 5th issue of chips from the Frontier Hotel (casino) in the Campiglia/Wells price guide. That guide, several years out-of-date, only lists one color of that RLT issue; beige.

TCR does not list the beige version.

Since posting a scan of the yellow version, we have now seen a brown version and a blue version (and now your orange version). The first two are with different collectors, each of whom also seem to have a white, or off-white (or the beige version) as well.
