I would never begin to assume what the other dice said, if anything. The Victory club was owned by "Whitey Besase, who also operated the Westwood Club, the Pines Club and others. There is a chance the dice might have been from another club. Besides the clubs where he was the main guy....there were other larger operations, like Club Devon that he was a big part of. Dice could have said anything. Or....perhaps, like you said....blank.
