Received this e-mail this morning..looks like Pokerstars is finally putting an end to the Playchip Black Market..

PokerStars is enhancing its play money product and we are changing the way players transfer play money chips. Play Money transfers between players are now limited to 1,000 chips and you may send one transfer, and receive ten transfers, every 24 hours. In addition, if you receive a Play Money chip transfer from another player, you will only be able to send a transfer out again after 12 hours have passed.
