Ever see a set of chips like this (both sides shown)? (I'd sell a set of 8 or 5 or 3 or 1, etc., by the way. The three dark chips in the picture are black, brown-maroon and green.) These chips can't be traced to the USPC Co. order-sample books but they are undoubtedly made by USPC Co or successor Burt. (Not all the chips made by USPC Co are in the order-sample books.) These chips came from the Cincinnati area where USPC Co comes from, and they came with other USPC Co chips.
And many USPC Co chips had different sides with numerals on the back. My simple question is: have you ever seen a set of different colors with "1" (or any one number) on the back of ALL the chips? Maybe it is an error -- that they they put number "1" on the back of all the colors by mistake. Maybe roulette table 1? Whatever.
