I feel like I have seen the answer to my question before, but couldn't find where it was though. Pardon me if it has been answered recently.

Do we have some sort of blacklist of eBay sellers or websites where people are selling things like this or slabbed chips? I buy many chips from eBay, and have had a few bad transactions where I got a fake, or the chips were packed so bad they were damaged in shipping.
