Chips like those shown, below, have been claimed (mostly on eBay) to be error chips, sample chips, floor sweepers, etc., etc. I sold a ton of them in 2005-2006 as "overprinted sample chips". Prior to my sales, I contacted Chipco directly to see what they call these chips. The answer I received is:
