Every once in a while a email will come around about a person who has a huge collection of Chevrolet convertibles.

There is a note to the collection saying it is complete, no 1939 Chevrolet convertibles were made, yet here is one.

Wondering if this a mod job, can see the top locating pins, but these could come a 1938 or 1940 Chevrolet ?????
