If I'm not mistaken, that's the way it was when casinos first opened in AC. I remember being at Resorts International the first week of operation and waiting for them to drop the velvet rope at one of the entrances at 10am.

Anyway, it's a sign of the economic times for AC. I'm 45 minutes from a PA casino and 2 hours from AC.
