I bought an Australian chip on American , for around $2.50, and postage was charged at $7.10.

For $7, I was expecting a padded mailer, with a little care to the packing.

What I received in the mail, was a torn envelope, with a $1.30 stamp on it, and no chip inside.

The seller has one more chip, so I'll ask nicely for a bit more care with the packing this time
