It was only an observation, not a criticism although I did think that if a group of Sporting Club/ Hyde Park and Maxims could sell at that price then I thought that 7 Clermonts should sell for more.
I wish you'd mentioned about the £100,000 when you told me about the £25,000 and that there were 17 sets "given away" (which was news to the guy that allowed the others to be holed and taken).
Aim high (and get shot down), oh well.
At least 70 people had the pleasure of seeing them anyway and I hoped that it may bring more out of the woodwork which could only be a good thing, yes?
