I would give them a call like John mentioned. In the past when I have had a question or issue, they have been quick to resolve. I have been using it for about 15 years without problems. I think its a great way to accept payments from people without having to actually have their bank or credit card information. I always like paying for things with Paypal instead of sending cash or check through the mail, which just feels weird. Their fees are minimal (unless buying an expensive item), but they do add up over time.

They are owned by eBay. Guess they didn't like only getting their cut for each eBay transaction once....wanted to get it multiple times
