...to respond to what happened. If a couple of their employees are representing their business poorly, management needs to know about it. Now, in my opinion, how they react to management being told about what happened will make it or break it. If their manager listens to my story, apologizes profusely and offers me a nice comped weekend as an official apology, then I will go there again. If the manager hears my story and says "Well next time, you know not to steal from us" and hangs up the phone, then I'll cash out my points, turn in the chips I have and never ever go back again. But I think they need to know what happened and be given the chance to respond. Or at least understand I'm never returning to your casino. If I never return and they don't know why, they don't have the chance to make a conscience decision to either change the situation or double down on their actions.
I am very much enjoying hearing all sides of this. Please, if you have an opinion, agreeing or disagreeing with me, I want to hear what you think. I appreciate everybody who has stood behind me and is calling for a boycott, and I just as much appreciate those who have told me that I was in the wrong, or to just move on.
