I think her CET restaurants would have failed anyway eventually..I saw such a lack of normal procedures in food service in the Tunica location I ate at.Went in there with high hopes for some down-home cusine and it sucked balls to the wall.Probably drank a gallon of water later that night for salt intake and all I ate was the chicken and a couple other things that looked like they were not sitting there for a few hours..
And I am in the business and cook for a living.I know what's proper and what is not.
Feel sorry for the locals who actually paid for this not off of comps.
