I did NOT say "The NEW cut off date is December 13th, 1946." The cut off date has always been and will always be at the end of WWII.
The date December 13th, 1946 is actually the date that marks the end of USA hostility towards Germany at the end of WWII. The cut off date is actually up to and including the entire year of 1946, not just all of 1946 except for the last 18 days of 1946. ie I personally use the official date December 13th, 1946 as a reference point but the actual entire year of 1946 including the last 18 days are included as the cut off date for antique gambling chips.
