This is a 4 1/2" X 4 1/2" glass dish. The image looks like a litho - made of little dots. I'm not sure what it would be used for - could be an ashtray but it has no cigarette rests. Could be a change tray for the dresser. I would guess this is a gift shop item of indeterminate age - the image is old - an early version of the Flamingo building - but it could be made recently using an old image. Is the title "Fabulous Flamingo Hotel" a copyrighted term?
