this postcard - but I don't really get it...

I do understand a few symbols (if you will) - but the angry rapper Indian threw me for a loop.

Was this picture relevent at some time and place? Just seems like most of these images don't really come to mind when thinking about Nevada - or does it?

Ill go back in the pool now...
