Did you happen to try the Lemon-flavored gelato directly across from the factory? Made with those famous, larger-than-life lemons the Italians use to male limoncello liquor that's the mainstay aboard Costa cruise ships after feasting on pasta and meatballs. We made a port call there while sailing on the Costa Victoria out of Genoa. Great factory tour, and some really nice meticulous carvings to pass along to our granddaughters.
