as I understand it, the Club (the 
) is a Not-for-Profit. 501 (c) (3) "educational" organization as opposed to a 501 (c) (3) "charitable" organization. I believe your tax statement is still correct, but it is a mis-characterization to say that the Club is a charitable organization, under 501 (c) (3).
However, if I am wrong, I'm sure someone will be along to correct me.
