I listed two sets of advertising chips. I had them all on one page in my book and cut the page in half to keep them in plastic for shipping. I accidentally switched the sets and sent the wrong set to the first person that paid me. I didn't realize it until I went to pack the chips for the second buyer. To fix the problem, I refunded both buyers in full for the chips. I am sending the correct set of chips out to the person who should have gotten them free of charge and requested he send the other set back which I am sure will not be an issue as he is a great guy.
My problem is on the other end with the second buyer. Although I refunded him in full and told him that I am trying to get them back and will send them to him free of charge once received, The second buyer sent me a nasty message and accused me of lying and sellers remorse and said that he felt like cancelling all his other purchases and that I should have told him before he paid me. I fixed the problem by stating that I didn't want to do business with anymore and refunded his purchases.
Do you think I should have handled it differently.
