Sold a chip via ebay and sent it USPS Express Mail on 7/23 via Paypal shipping, Insured for $1k, signature required and delivery receipt. Shipping cost $45.
Tracking shows it leaving the Greensboro, NC sort facility on 7/24 at 3pm. Then nothing. Called USPS and their investigation could not determine where the item is.
I'm holding out hope they botched the sort and sent it truck to CA instead of overnite. Otherwise, I'm stuck refunding $1k and filing an insurance claim.
