If someone wants something to be looked at by the club they need to either email a BOD member or post on the club board.

Not sure why people continue to post club business on the chipboard as its not the correct place.

If the purpose is to get hits then fine. But if the purpose it to get something on the agenda to discuss, its the wrong place.
