The chip was declared to be probably a Vegas chip by Doug Saito on page 4 of Chip Chat issue #49. Five of this chip were found among a bunch of the HCE Shamrock chips. He auctioned the best of the five for a minimum of $300. Maybe Doug will respond. Good luck with that.
