Al Whiting just let me know that we can get the room at Bodacious BBQ (in Arlington across from Cowboys Stadium) any Saturday in August. He suggests avoiding 8/31 because of a big event at the stadium that day.

We're thinking August 24th would work and give everyone time to plan to attend.
