Cardboard flips....

One of the more experienced collectors (I can't remember who because they are all more experienced than me) told me of that problem so I've always used the cardboard flips and slipped those into the sleeves.

I'm sure you'll get a lot of feedback and good suggestions on this.

I once bought four chips that were in the "safe" plastic flips and didn't think to pull them out before I left the store and left Las vegas and when I took them out, they looked just like your example. A lot of the graphics were stuck to the safe plastic. I wrote it off as a valuable life lesson.
