These jewelery items were made for the Tropicana about 20 years ago. There are seven different varieties of SMCRWN $100 chips used in them, six of them green, as in this one. Clip is new and has brass finish. Was in a sealed plastic bag when I got it. Haven't polished it, but would be nice and shiny if the surface were polished as there's no corrosion.

The reverse has the "souvenir no value" inlay on the reverse side. The chip can be removed if you like; moneyclip would be damaged in the process.

Not all versions are listed in TCR, but this appears to have chip catalog N7073, red fountain and denomination.
