Most of the charity casinos, be they Fargo or other locations do not open until late afternoon at the earliest. If you do not know where they are at, they are extermely hard to find, often change either locations or the charities change for know locations.

While the State Attorney's Office's web site list all approved charity casino operations, it is onlyh updated twice a year, and many of the locations are pull tabs only.

As to getting chips, it depends in large part as to who is working and what side of the bed that they got up in the morning. I have had both great luck all the way to being thrown out of a casino for just looking!
