I will let John fill you in...but with the exception of the Native American casinos all casinos in ND are charity operations. Limited hours of operation, maybe only one table, and generally do not like their chips to walk.
Generally works as you play just pocket a chip or two. Never been able to purchase charity casino chips at the cage (if one exists).
There are at least a half dozen charity casinos within Fargo area.
Windbreaker, Doublewood Inn, Catus Jacks, Borrowed Bucks has two locations and Blue Wolf to name a few.
Best chance for chips is the Blue Wolf. Good luck and would appreciate any duplicates you may want to get rid of.
