Chippers,
The chip scan below I believe is from Casino Sofia of Moscow, Russia. This would be the .50 Ruble or 50 Kopek chip. Any Russia chippers with better info? Any confirmation out there? If so (or at least no contradictory), I will submit to ChipGuide. My research in Sofia Bulgaria turns up zip. My research into Russia turns up the info below.
1) From http://onlinecasinosuite.com/gambling/russia/
- Casino Sofia (Sirenevy Boulevard 31, Moscow, Moskva, Russia) Open 24 hours, this casino offers 30 gaming machines and 28 table games (including Blackjack, Poker and Roulette). For more information, call +7 495 163 7414.
2) From http://gamingfloor.com/Russian_Casinos.html#Casinos
Update: 3rd July, 2009.
Slot halls with fewer than 50 machines and an area of less than 100 square meters were closed from 1st July, 2007.
The Federal ban on gambling in Russia, except in the 4 designated areas, began on 1st July, 2009. I've left the section as it was before the ban for reference purposes.
An archive list listed just this site: http://www.casinosofia.ru/ not an active link, so must have been pre 7/1/2009
3) This chipper site has the casino listed with a Russian language chip (25 ruble) but the appearances are not similar

I am away from my guides, but believe my edition of The Gaming Table does not list this casino.
BTW -- I collect 'cents' chips with inlays, so this chip is looking for a good home. Taking (by email) purchase offers or trades for hard to find cents chips with inlays.
Thanks!
