to get into this thread. I have been asked to respond to Brian Howard’s assertions and allegations. I need to make it perfectly clear I am really not interested in doing this but have been asked to.

I will not respond to him or anybody else after this regarding these issues. I have a 100% clear conscience regarding Mr. Howard and his statements and my work with Mike Spinetti as well!. I have retained all of his and my email correspondence in a folder in my computer. I am going to only show one instance of Mr. Howard’s duplicity in his statements and I will no go further!

“I know Mike fairly well, let me give it a try and I'll get back to you in a few days! Mike, does not, himself do the listings!

Thanks for the heads-up and let me see what I can do!”

In my conversations with Mike Spinetti I did make a number of suggestions. It is his business after all and he needs to call his own shots. While I was not overwhelmingly satisfied with his disclaimer I felt that I had done all that I could and I replied finally to Mr. Howard,

“I did not use the words "good enough!" I am satisfied with the resolution of this issue. If you need to do more that is your prerogative.”

There were many other instances in which Mr. Howard wished to convey his displeasure over the statement that was now included in Mike’s eBay sales! I continue to believe that Mr. Howard was treated with respect and that he was indeed entitled to file a complaint but chose not to do so as he believed he was up against a stacked deck!

As a side note for those of you that follow eBay, Spinetti does as good or bad a job of disclosure as a lot of other sellers. Mike is a “long time friend” of the HOBBY, and a great supporter of our local club the Southern Nevada Casino Collectible Club! Mr. Howard is not!
