I checked a little and found this sale which ended June 16, which still had the old disclaimer.

When you look at this auction below, and click 'view all revisions' in the description area, you see that the description was revised July 5 at 1:03 pm, 8 hours AFTER I posted my links at 5:40pm on July 4. What exactly was changed? We don't know, but suddenly the old disclaimer is missing.
